How do you source your products?
The products available in thatsgeek.co.za are sourced from directly from the USA.
How long does an order take to be delivered?
It takes between 10 – 14 working days to deliver your order to the desired delivery address.
What does “working days” mean?
A working day is any day of the week from Monday to Friday. This excludes Saturday and Sunday.
Do we charge a delivery fee? If so, why is it not displayed on the website?
We do charge a delivery fee for an order. The delivery fee is calculated depending on the delivery address. Due to this fact a set delivery charge is not displayed on the website. The delivery charge is displayed during the final checkout process before making payment for your items
Why do you not have a phone number listed on the website?
We have decided to remove our phone number due to the overwhelming number of phone calls we received. To increase customer satisfaction we manage enquiries via email. Please send a mail through our contact us section or mail us at email@example.com
Where do you ship to? Can it be shipped directly to me or must I collect it from the Post Office?
We ship to any place or area in the South Africa. We ship directly to your home, work or place which suits you best. The shipping fee is determined by the zip code of your delivery address.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, Private Bags or places where a person is not available to accept the order.
Can you tell me the exact date I will receive my order?
Unfortunately we cannot give you an exact delivery date. This is due to items often being held up in customs, a factor which we have no control over. We do promise to get your item to you as soon as it has cleared customs.
Why are some of the prices on the website much more expensive than stores locally?
As all of our products are imported from the USA, particular items which are available in South Africa as well may be cheaper due to higher import costs associated with brining in items for thatsgeek.co.za
I have seen a mistake with the pricing of a product; is that correct or an error?
Sometimes suppliers of products provide us with the incorrect product data which can drastically affect the pricing associated to the product. If you feel there is a product which has been incorrectly priced, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a link to the product.
My order arrived broken, damaged or I received the incorrect package, what do I do?
We offer our gaurentee that your order will arrive for deliver in perfect condition and it will be what you ordered. If the package does arrive damaged or is incorrect you have 48 hours to contact us to arrange a return. If you contact us after the 48 hour period you will not be able to return the product unless it is the incorrect item which was delivered.
